The Jug Climbing Club

Classes will not be offered if there are fewer than 3 participants enrolled. A full refund is automatically granted if a program is canceled due to lack of enrollment by The Jug Rock Gym. The Jug Rock Gym reserves the right to cancel or combine any programs for which the enrollment is deemed insufficient or for other administrative reasons. Refunds will not be given after the start of a seasonal program. If a cancellation must be made for a participant, rescheduling will be allowed without a fee up to 14 days prior to the start of the program. Prior to 14 days before the program starts, we will refund payments in full, in the form of store credit or allow parents to reschedule their child for a program that is of equal or higher value. If parents would like to put their child into a program of higher value, the parent would only be responsible for the difference in price. For cancellations made less than 14 days from the start of a program, no refunds will be issued. If a parent would like to reschedule within 14 days of a program start date, a 20% rescheduling fee will be charged. Refunds will not be issued for single days of the program that are missed.
