Birthday Parties

Cancellations for birthday parties can be made under the following conditions:

If you decide to cancel your reservation with us, you have the option to do so without incurring any charges or penalties, as long as the cancellation is made 30 days or more in advance of your scheduled party date. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

For cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the party date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of your booking fee.

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days in advance of the party date will qualify for a 25% refund.

Please note that cancellations within 7 days of the party date are considered non-refundable.

We understand that plans can change, and for your convenience, we offer the option to reschedule your party. Rescheduling requests are subject to a $50 fee and must be made at least 7 days before the originally scheduled date.
